Dick Yemm's passion is to "spread the word" about the need for contingency succession planning for small business owners and the need for their spouses to have an "Action Plan". He is an Associate member of NSA—Central Florida, a National Speakers Association chapter, and a member of Toastmasters International.

Educational breakout sessions are customized presentations designed for regional, state or national conferences. They typically run forty-five minutes to an hour and fifteen minutes. Workshops are more detailed oriented and run two hours or more.
